Our Mission:

At St. Johns Food Share, we empower our community by providing equitable access to nutritious, nourishing food while preserving dignity and fostering self-sufficiency.

We recognize the prevalence of food insecurity in Oregon, affecting 15% of individuals, and the alarming rate of food waste, with 40% ending up in landfills. With the rising costs of living, more families are struggling to meet their basic needs. By coming together to combat hunger and reduce food waste, we are creating a more resilient and compassionate community.
